• Pregnancy follow-up, including high-risk pregnancies. • Evaluation and management of infertility and recurrent miscarriages. • Diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis. • Management of menstrual disorders and uterine bleeding. • Treatment of menopausal symptoms. • Early detection of gynecologic tumors. • Diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy:  – Removal of polyps and fibroids.  – Resection of uterine septum and endometrial ablation.  – Removal of lost intrauterine devices (IUDs).  – Treatment of cesarean scar defects. • Diagnostic laparoscopy (for infertility and pelvic pain evaluation). • Operative laparoscopy:  – Removal of ovarian cysts and fibroids.  – Hysterectomy.  – Treatment of endometriosis. • Conventional open abdominal surgeries. • Vaginal surgeries for pelvic organ and uterine prolapse.
