Conducting Normal Vaginal Deliveries as a part of Natural Birth Program in different positions including all-four position, Assisted Ventouse, Mid-cavity, Outlet Forceps & Breech Deliveries. Repairing of first-, second- third- and fourth-degree tears, Performing Elective & Emergency basic , intermediate and advanced difficulties Caesarian Sections. Conducting Basic & Intermediate Obstetric Ultrasound in Antenatal Clinic during routine antenatal follow-up of uneventful and complicated pregnancies with pre-eclampsia, diabetes, hypothyroidism etc. Performing basic gynecological and early pregnancy USS Performing D&C, medical and surgical management of miscarriages. Diagnostic hysteroscopy and Endometrial Biopsy by Pipelle and sharp curettage methods on ambulatory and inpatient basis. Application and Removal of Cervical Cerclage. Insertion/ Removal of IUCD, MIRENA IUD, Implanon without supervision. Vulval Biopsy (including Keyes punch biopsy and excisional). Performing Circumcision of male newborns. Colposcopy under consultant supervision. Performing Diagnostic Laparoscopy. Performing Laparotomy procedures, including Ovarian Cystectomy, Total and Subtotal Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Anterior and Posterior Colpoperineorrhaphy under direct consultant supervision. Assisting in operative Laparoscopic / Robotic Da Vinci treatment of severe endometriosis, ovarian cystectomy, total laparoscopic hysterectomy / BSO, pelvic clearance as a treatment for gynecological oncology including omentectomy.
