Obstetrics and Gynecology

The vast majority of patients with obstetrical or gynecological problems can be diagnosed and efficiently managed either medically or surgically. Notable exceptions are patients with advanced malignancy and infertility patients who need IV.F. and advanced ART. The rare cases which require intra-uterine fetal interference e.g. surgery or blood transfusion are beyond limits.

Our services include:

• 24-hours emergency services for all OB/Gynae cases.
• Daily outpatient clinics manned by consultants and specialists. All comes are seen with or without appointment.
• Antenatal care including ultrasonography.
• All deliveries: normal, instrumental or by caesarian.
• All cases with obstetrical complications or medical problems during pregnancy are cared for antenatal and eventually delivered e.g. diabetes and hypertension with pregnancy, eclampsia and pre-eclampsia, A.P.H. IUGR, prematurely, etc. 
• Diagnosis and treatment of early pregnancy loss - medical, evacuation, cervical cerclage. 
• Ectopic pregnancy diagnosis + TN U/S. BhCG's and treatment = Methotrexate, Laparoscopy and open laparotomy. 
• Family Planning: oral and injectable contraceptives, IUCD insertion, tubal sterilization laparoscopially and minilap. 
• Infertility investigation including hormonal assays, HSG, U/S and diagnostic Laparoscopy. Infertility treatment = medical ovulation inductin, laparoscopic adhenolysis and ovarian drilling I.U.1. Only cases that need advance ART are referred to AGH - Dammam. 
• Alii gynecological cases: infection,genital descend and prolapse, urinary incontinence, benign tumors, can be investigated except for the exceptional case of urinary incontinence that might need urodynamic investigation done at AGH-Khobar. 
• All gynecological cases except those with advanced malignancy and some other rare conditions are efficiently managed.

Saturday - Tuesday (08:00 am - 12:00 pm & 04:00 pm - 09:00 pm)
Wednesday (08:00 am - 12:00 pm & 04:00 pm - 08:00 pm)
Thursday (0800 am- 1200 pm only)
