AGH-Jubail see around 250,000-300,000 patients per year in ER, OPD and Inpatient services. It is a 100 bed capacity hospital manned with more than 800 employees operating for more that 13 years.
We are using and applying the advanced, modern, technological methods and procedures, combined with the traditions of human caring and compassion

In school seasons the number goes up and during vacation periods it goes down.  We deal with all kinds of emergencies, including RTAs, industrial accidents, chemical poisoning, industrial gas explosions, etc.  We perform basic neurosurgical procedures that involve spinal & head injuries, all general surgical procedures, medical endoscopic diagnostic procedures, and orthopedic interventions including total knee replacement.  Each department has its own scope of service that details all its activities.

Hospital Operation

The hospital operates 24 hours a day seven (7) days a week including holidays and special days. Its Out-Patient Department follows the following working schedule:

Saturday – Tuesday                    8:00 AM to 12:00 NN
                                                        4:00 PM to   9:00 PM
Wednesday                                  8:00 AM to 12:00 NN
                                                        4:00 PM to   8:00 PM
Thursday                                       8:00 AM to 12:00 NN
Friday & Holidays                       No OPD (all patients will be covered by the Accident and Emergency Department)

There is an existing on-call procedure in each department to cover-up services after working hours.
