To obtain appointments

Please call or visit the appointment counter of the relevant consulting clinics at the hospital for booking appointments. They will register your name and medical record (MR) number which is listed on your white plastic card. If this is your first visit or you do not have the white card, you will be given an appointment by name. However, if you have your card and MR number, you can avoid delays in procedure, as it will ensure that your Medical Record is present, during your consultation.

On the day of appointment:

On arriving at the Out patient department, if you have your MR number, you can directly proceed the corresponding clinic's counter and get yourself registered. If not, please get your MR file at the Registration Counter and proceed to the respective clinic's counter. The unit receptionist will register you under the relevant doctor and your medical file would be forwarded to the nurse to initiate the process. The nurse will begin the examination by taking your pulse, blood pressure count and other details.

For more information, please contact the clinic co-ordinator at the hospital.
